Construction d’un bâtiment de stockage avec une couverture photovoltaïque.

Alexandre Rossard, est propriétaire et exploitant agricole céréalier depuis 2007. Il exerce son activité sur une superficie supérieure à 230 hectares dans la région poitevine, au lieu-dit Le Fay rattaché à la commune de Bouresse. Alexandre est céréalier indépendant. Son activité principale comprend la culture de différentes céréales (sauf le riz), à des légumineuses et à des graines oléagineuses.

Depuis plus de 20 ans, Alexandre Rossard donne sa confiance au Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou. Le Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou a pu financer différents projets. Dans son cas, le Crédit Agricole l’a accompagné dans l’achat d’un terrain agricole sur une zone défavorisée, pour un montant de 7 300€ en 2008. Ainsi que la construction d’un bâtiment agricole avec une couverture photovoltaïque, pour un montant de 71 000€ HT.

Une insertion dans un sujet d’avenir pour de nouveaux projets.

Ce projet porte sur la construction d’un bâtiment, en juin 2021, avec une couverture photovoltaïque, exposé SUD. Celui-ci lui a permis de financer en globalité la rénovation de son terrain pour y stocker son matériel et ses récoltes. Aujourd’hui, son bâtiment ne lui coûte rien, son usage lui l’accompagne dans son quotidien.

L’objectif étant que le financement des panneaux photovoltaïques recouvre la totalité de la rénovation de son terrain. Un pari tenu lors de la réalisation du projet. De plus, Alexandre ne s’attendait pas à la rapidité d’exécution du projet, avec un tel accompagnement par le Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou.

« Oui, je suis satisfait du projet, c’est pour cela que j’envisage de refaire un autre projet de rénovation.»

Alexandre souhaite renouveler l’expérience, pour rénover une grange en intégrant un local technique avec des bureaux, pour avoir l’entièreté de son activité à Le Fay. L’objectif est de mettre des panneaux photovoltaïques sur les deux pans de la toiture, exposition Est et Ouest. Un projet, qu’il souhaite valider durant l’hiver 2023, avec le Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou.
