Trois associés à la ferme de La Lutarne

Le GAEC Joly est une exploitation agricole basée à Monthelon, au nord de l’Autunois Morvan. La Ferme de La Lutarne a longtemps été spécialisée dans l’élevage bovin Charolais avant d'être restructurée pour diversifier les activités : baisse du cheptel, diminution de la surface exploitée…

Gabriel JOLY et Thomas CORDERET, agés de 23 ans, ont rejoint Michel JOLY en janvier 2023.

Le projet s’est monté tout naturellement, avec pour objectif la vente directe. Parallèlement, l’ouverture d’un Magasin de producteur à 10 minutes de la ferme a favorisé leur démarche d'aller vers plus de circuits courts.

Gabriel a choisi la transformation céréalière en pâtes, pains, viennoiseries et autres produits charcutiers comme projet d’installation.
Thomas qui est éleveur a opté pour un atelier de volailles de chair.

C’est en septembre que le projet a été approuvé pour une installation prévue en janvier 2023. En parallèle, les travaux ont pu commencer.

Comment le Crédit Agricole Centre-est a-t-il pu permettre à votre projet de voir le jour ?

"Le Crédit Agricole a permis l’aboutissement de ce projet par son accompagnement à toutes les étapes. Notre conseillère était à l’écoute de nos propositions de projet et nous avons pu trouver des solutions tous ensemble pour qu’il soit viable.

La relation agriculteur/conseiller est importante pour entreprendre de gros changements dans une exploitation agricole, nous sommes suivis par la même personne depuis plus de cinq ans donc on connaît la façon de faire de chacun.

Le Crédit Agricole nous suit de jour en jour, pour voir si tout se passe pour le mieux sur l’exploitation et nous apporte l’aide financière nécessaire pour mener à bien notre projet."
